About the Journal

Journal of Halal Innovation and Sustainability is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal dedicated to advancing interdisciplinary research on halal science, halal industry development, innovation, and sustainable systems. The journal provides an academic platform for researchers, practitioners, policymakers, and industry stakeholders to publish original studies that connect halal principles with scientific advancement, technological innovation, ethical consumption, environmental responsibility, and sustainable development.

The journal welcomes manuscripts that contribute theoretically, empirically, or practically to the development of halal ecosystems at local, national, regional, and global levels. It particularly encourages studies that integrate Islamic values, halal assurance, innovation management, sustainability science, circular economy, food systems, biotechnology, consumer behavior, supply-chain governance, and policy development.
