Article Processing Charge (APC)

All articles published in the International Journal of Engineering and Automation (IJEA) are freely available online under an open access model. To support the costs associated with high-quality publication and long-term digital preservation, IJEA applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) upon acceptance.

This one-time charge covers a range of professional publishing services, including but not limited to:

  • Editorial and peer-review management via online submission systems.

  • Plagiarism screening using Turnitin Premium (report available to authors upon request).

  • Professional copy-editing and proofreading.

  • XML and PDF production, with full-text formatting to international standards.

  • Digital hosting and archiving to ensure permanent online availability.

  • Indexing and abstracting services to increase article visibility.

  • Customer and author support throughout the publication process.

No fees are required during the submission or peer-review stages. The APC is only invoiced after the manuscript has been editorially accepted for publication.
